Specializing in residential structural engineering, we offer complete structural engineering services for new construction, additions and renovations in the residential, commercial and industrial building sectors.

The firm principal, Gary Rosenburg, P.Eng., a graduate of the University of Waterloo (BA Sc - Civil Engineering), has over 25 years of professional engineering experience in the Canadian and US construction industries.
He has particular interest and expertise in providing economical structural solutions to complex renovations, alterations and additions to existing modern & century homes, including wall/post removals, ceiling vaulting and lowering floors using foundation underpinning.
Our clients and associates are experienced trusted BCIN house designers, architects, interior designers and contractors. We are happy to provide referrals for any of those services you require beyond your structural needs.
Based in Halton Hills, we happily serve all of Southern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Georgetown, Guelph, Caledon, Cambridge & Orangeville.
OUR SERVICES
We offer structural engineering consultation, design, drafting and inspection services for a wide variety of building and construction types. We have extensive design experience with conventional and heavy timber framing, engineered wood products (EWP), structural steel, reinforced concrete and masonry to Canadian and local building codes.
RESIDENTIAL
We are proud to specialize (over 2000 projects over 25 years) in restructuring existing homes for removal of load bearing walls and posts, vaulting ceilings and lowering basement floors to create large elegant open floor spaces with high ceilings.

Our residential services also include structural design and drafting for renovations and additions to existing modern and heritage homes, and for new construction of custom homes, sheds, barns and cottages.
We provide foundation underpinning design to allow existing basement and crawlspace floors to be lowered to give you greater ceiling
heights in your basement.
COMMERCIAL
Our commercial services include structural design, drafting and inspection for new construction
of, as well as additions and renovations to, commercial buildings, warehouses, churches, schools, signage, retaining walls and other commercial buildings.
INDUSTRIAL
Our industrial services include structural design, drafting and inspection for new construction and modifications to buildings and equipment support structures for a variety of industries, including concrete batch plants, food and beverage processing and other manufacturing facilities.
We also provide engineering design and detailing for structural steel fabricators and erectors.
